If graphical boot interface is annoying, you can disable it and go back to legacy boot menu in W10:

bcdedit /set "{current}" bootmenupolicy legacy

When you want to go back to GUI:

bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard

SKIPPING EXTRA REBOOT

And to skip extra reboot when picking a boot option in GUI, you can hold SHIFT while pressing RESTART, while in Windows obviously. This will go directly to the pre-boot environment and allow you to make your choice.
